What are the facilities like for people with disabilities?
They’re good, we are proud to say. We provide proper, permanent disabled toilets and a dedicated parking and camping area for people with disabilities. Any questions, problems, info or help you need just ask an Off The Tracks steward.
Kids, how 'bout the kids?
Free Child-Safe wristbands are available from the campsite marquee. You must register your under-12s with us – look for the Child Safe flag! And write your mobile number on the wristband.
Can I have a campfire or barbecue?
You can bring gas or charcoal-burning barbecues. Please don’t bring disposable barbecues. We don’t let them in. They’re a massive fire hazard. The same goes for open fires, candles, tea lights and Chinese
lanterns. They’re not allowed, sorry. Don’t change gas canisters in your tent or use inside your caravan.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
By all means, but only for your campsite. You won’t be able to bring any food, alcohol (or glass) into the festival. There will be four well-stocked bars so no fear of running out. The festival bars operate a Challenge 21 policy so if you look like a young ’un make sure you bring ID.
The bar and food concessions are vital to the future of 'Off the Tracks' so we’ll ask you to show us inside any bags you want to bring into the concert areas. No drink of any kind is allowed via the main enterence of the venue. That is in or out. The site is fully licensed with lots of choice, so you won’t faint away from thirst.
Can I bring my pet?
We welcome responsible pet owners to the campsite but no animals except assistance dogs are allowed in the venues.
Will there be medical support on site for emergencies?
First aiders will be on site throughout the festival, but they don’t keep prescription medication so, if you need any, don’t leave it at home. Our First Aid point is clearly signposted near the bottom of the site. Ask a steward if in doubt.
Are there ever any thefts at the festival?
We have a professional security team on duty. Inevitably, there are sometimes thefts reported. Look after your valuables.
Where can I smoke at the festival?
Like everywhere you can’t smoke in any of the buildings and marquees at the festival – but it is an outside event so you won’t be deprived of your nicotine fix for long. Just please pay attention to any no smoking signs, thanks.
Is there a shop?
Yes, you’ll be able to buy the necessities of life, like milk and bread.
Is there a cash machine?
Yes, there is a cash machine, which makes a small charge per transaction. Please don’t bring large amounts of cash with you.
Do you recycle any of the rubbish?
Yes we do. Just put your rubbish in the appropriate bin and we do the rest.
