In 1992 at the age of 15, Brawny started out with an Amiga 500 in a 4x3-metre shed in Bedford. From there, attempts to recreate the rave music heard on pirate radio stations were made. Since then, he has DJd at numerous events and continues to produce a wide array of music. He has also held several events around the UK over the years, and is currently host to Sheffield's popular electronic music open mic nights. Now, refusing to be categorised, outbursts of sentimental ambient to tailor-made live sets are made, with a more interactive and hardware-based approach, while maintaining a focus on connection, enjoyment and play.
