After a performance that by chance had Glastonbury head honcho Michael Eavis in attendance, You Dirty Blue were invited to play Glastonbury by the big man himself.
Relishing a festival stage and atmosphere, the band have gone on to perform at some of the best festivals in the U.K, Farmer Phil's, Bearded theory and Off The Tracks, to name just a few. You Dirty Blue had the honour of playing a celebration festival in honour of one of their absolute heroes, John Bonham. Playing at the Palace theatre in Redditch, one reviewer said, "they seemed to embody what John Bonham was all about – playing rock and roll at the max".
Proud purveyors of the DIY approach, You Dirty Blue have released three EPs and an album, winning Express & Stars record of the year for their third release, 'Make Way for the Montage'.
2023 already has Nantwich Jazz Blues & Music Festival, Bearded Theory, Farmer Phil's, Maui Waui and Off The Tracks festival booked in the You Dirty Diary.
